B2B Services and Product Use
Lucky Lady Games offers a wide range of products and services to our B2B partners, including but not limited to, social casino platforms, virtual games, sweepstakes gaming solutions, loyalty systems, and other related products. These products are licensed to our B2B partners and affiliates for use under the terms specified in this agreement. Any misuse, unauthorized modification, or reverse engineering of our products is strictly prohibited.
By partnering with Lucky Lady Games, you acknowledge and agree to use our products solely for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, responsible gambling policies, and privacy standards.
Affiliate Brand and Partner Use
Affiliates and partners using Lucky Lady Games products or services must adhere to the same terms outlined in this agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your brand and all end-users comply with these T&C. Any breach of these terms by an affiliate brand or partner will be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in the termination of access to our services.
Lucky Lady Games products and services may not be resold, sublicensed, or otherwise distributed without our explicit written consent. Partners must clearly disclose their affiliation with Lucky Lady Games to their end-users and ensure that all marketing materials, websites, and services reflect compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
Eligibility
To partner with Lucky Lady Games or to utilize our products, you must meet the legal requirements for offering online gaming products in your jurisdiction. You agree that you have the legal authority, rights, and capacity to enter into this agreement and are responsible for complying with all local regulations that may apply to the use of online gaming products in your market.
Account Registration and Security
As a B2B partner or affiliate, you may be required to create an account with Lucky Lady Games. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and ensuring that only authorized personnel access the account. Lucky Lady Games reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities.
Product Licensing and Intellectual Property
Lucky Lady Games retains full ownership and intellectual property rights to all products, platforms, and software provided to B2B partners and affiliates. The use of our software, platforms, and games is licensed, not sold, to our partners. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products under the conditions specified in this agreement.
You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our products. All trademarks, logos, and content provided by Lucky Lady Games remain our property and may only be used with our explicit permission in connection with our services.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
Lucky Lady Games is fully committed to complying with all AML regulations. As a B2B partner or affiliate, you are responsible for ensuring that the use of our products does not facilitate money laundering or other illegal activities. We may require additional verification of identity or funds in certain cases and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of engaging in illegal activities. We actively monitor for suspicious activity and will report any such activities to the relevant authorities.
Responsible Gambling
Lucky Lady Games is committed to promoting responsible gambling. As a B2B partner, you are required to implement and maintain responsible gambling tools in line with industry best practices. This includes allowing users to set deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion periods. If you become aware of any problematic gambling behavior from users of your platform, you must take appropriate action and report such behavior in accordance with your jurisdiction’s regulations.
Data Protection and Privacy
Lucky Lady Games complies with all applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and other relevant privacy laws. As a B2B partner or affiliate, you agree to handle user data responsibly and in compliance with these regulations. You are responsible for implementing sufficient security measures to protect any user data collected via Lucky Lady Games’ platforms. Any data shared with Lucky Lady Games will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payments and Fees
Lucky Lady Games charges fees for the use of its products and services as outlined in individual partner agreements. Fees may include setup costs, platform licensing fees, revenue shares, or other agreed-upon payments. Invoices will be issued based on the terms set in the agreement, and all payments must be made in a timely manner. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Termination of Services
Lucky Lady Games reserves the right to terminate services or revoke access to our platforms for any partner or affiliate who breaches these T&C or fails to meet their obligations under this agreement. Termination may be immediate and without notice if we believe that continued use of our products would violate applicable laws or regulations.
Upon termination, all licenses granted under this agreement will be revoked, and you must immediately cease all use of Lucky Lady Games products and services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between Lucky Lady Games and its B2B partners or affiliates shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body. By entering into this agreement, you agree that any claim or dispute must be resolved exclusively through arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these T&C at any time at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please discontinue the use of Lucky Lady Games services immediately.
